RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY
At Embrace Body, we ensure a thorough quality check is completed before every piece is shipped. However, we want you to feel amazing in our garments and therefore, we offer returns and exchanges if you are not satisfied with your purchase according to the following guidelines:
- Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your purchase that you wish to exchange or return, and the reason for your exchange or refund by emailing us at care@embracebody.au
- We will then send you a return confirmation email with the next steps.
- Any items sent back without notifying us in the eligible window period without our confirmation email will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- All garments must be in sellable condition to be eligible for an exchange, refund or store credit. They must be unused, unwashed and must not have any marks, fake tan stains, makeup stains or deodorant stains and must be returned in the original shipping cartons including all tags and other packaging that comes with our garments.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping fee(s) of sending the item(s) they wish to return or exchange.
- All shipping fee(s) are non-refundable.
- If you are exchanging the item to a different size, we will not charge any shipping fee for sending the new item to you.

Requesting a return
To request a return, please email us at care@embracebody.au with your order number, reason to return and type of return (refund or exchange). If you wish to exchange, please mention what size would you like to exchange your product to. All returns require approval, so please do not send any product(s) back until we have sent you the return confirmation.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you the next steps for the return. You can choose to use any shipping courier of your choice to complete the return. We highly recommend that you use tracked shipping for your returns to ensure they reach us safely.
We will notify you once we have recieved and inspected your return. Once your refund is approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Exchanges & Sizing
To avoid exchanges and unnecessary delays, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are unsure of your sizing. A size chart is available under each product category for your reference, but we are more than happy to assist you if you have any additional sizing inquiries at all!
The conditions listed in our Return & Refunds Policy applies to all exchange items. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. The exchange is shipped to you free of cost once your return is approved upon inspection.
Faulty or incorrect items
All our items are thoroughly checked before shipping, however, please inspect your items upon receiving and notify us immediately via email at care@embracebody.au if your items are incorrect or faulty and we will resolve the issue immediately.
Final sale purchases
Items purchased during any final sale events or clearance events are not eligible for returns or exchange.
